As you already know, exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Eating healthy and staying in shape is a lifestyle that i've chosen and have carried with me for years. The key to fitness is to pick activities that you enjoy. I take every opportunity I can to be outdoors in the summer months to rollerblade, bike ride and play tennis. In the winter, I take full advantage of the classes offered at my gym, including hot yoga and spin. These activities are enjoyable and keep me motivated.
The best advice I can give to you is to set goals for yourself. Start small with 30 minute work outs and slowly increase it as you can. Create a fun playlist to stay motivated. Don't forget to treat yourself and lastly, have fun with it. Our health is so precious and should be taken seriously.
